1. LifeSize engineers make the very first
1080p HD video call.
LifeSize announces the industry’s first
sub-$6,000 video communication system with
dual display video and content in HD.
Another industry first, the first HD video communication solution under
$2,500 is achieved with the launch of the LifeSize Passport, putting
“telepresence in the palm of your hand.”

Craig Malloy and
Michael Kenoyer under
the name KMV
Technologies. KMV Technologies moves into its first official office space in Austin,
Texas. Austin becomes the official HQ as the company expands.

packs up and moves to

The first 3-D engineering models
of LifeSize Room, the world’s first

begin to take shape.
Employees choose an official
name for the company: LifeSize
Communications. Along with the

LifeSize announces LifeSize Transit, a
brand new firewall/NAT traversal
solution, which enables LifeSize
customers to make video calls within
and across enterprises by securely
traversing firewalls, at Interop 2006.
2005
LifeSize debuts the world’s
first business-class HD video
conferencing solution,
LifeSize Room, at Interop Las
Vegas 2005.
LifeSize signs its first distribution contract
with Wire One, which was later acquired by
BT Conferencing.
An industry milestone is achieved by LifeSize
when it ships its 1,000th HD video
communication system.
The Austin Business Journal recognizes LifeSize as one
of the Top 10 Best Places to Work in Central Texas.

LifeSize expands
internationally, opening
its first European office
in Munich, Germany.
LifeSize named a 2007 Red Herring 100 winner,

The 100th employee joins the

Craig Malloy, LifeSize founder and CEO, is
named Ernst & Young Central Texas
Entrepreneur of the Year.
LifeSize sets the industry bar once again
with the launch of the 220 Series,
delivering 1080p video conferencing for
under $7,000.
Logitech® announces its plans to acquire LifeSize.
“Logitech International, a leader in PC video communication, today
announced that it has agreed to acquire privately held LifeSize
Communications of Austin, Texas for $405 million in cash.”
LifeSize receives its
20th patent.
The company announces LifeSize Video Center, the world’s first one-button
HD streaming, recording and auto-publishing video tool on the market.
LifeSize featured in the New York Times.

Logitech announces the acquisition of Mirial, a Milan-based
telecommunications company. Mirial brings best-in-class desktop,
tablet and mobile video calling software, which are leveraged to
create LifeSize ClearSea, a mobile video conferencing application
that is available on over 50 devices.
2012 The company introduces the first touch-screen phone optimized for
HD video conferencing. The 2nd generation LifeSize Phone creates a
simpler, more engaging experience for users.
LifeSize redefines video collaboration once again
with the industry’s first software-based MCU,
LifeSize UVC Multipoint, which empowers
companies of all sizes to deliver on-demand
multiparty video collaboration on any device.
Yet another industry first,
LifeSize announces the first
fully integrated, virtualized
software platform for video
infrastructure: LifeSize UVC
Platform.

Smart Video indeed! LifeSize
changes the game with the
introduction of the LifeSize Icon
Series, which couples the ease of
