12. Dose and Formulations
1 gm of powdered ginger is equivalent to:-
• 1 tsp of freshly grated rhizome.
• 4 – 8 oz of pre packaged ginger tea
• 8 oz of gingerale
• 2 droppers of ginger liquid extract
• 1 gm. of ginger in as crystalloid ginger
in divided doses in 24 hrs.
