On 1 April 2010 a total of 58 British Standards were withdrawn
and replaced by a new suite of ten structural Eurocodes
accompanied by National Annexes. Although British Standards
might still be used they will not be updated and therefore all
public projects must be specified in terms of Eurocodes.
