Three people (plus 2 characters who stood out). First was Lindsay. When we checked in, she
seemed very interested that we had a great time from the get go. She made a fuss (in a good
way) about my daughters birthday, ensuring she received the special birthday wolf ears, and
special recognition. She seemed focused on the readiness and availability of our room. I cannot
say enough good things. She happened to be at the front desk when we were checking out, and
it was a down-pour outside. I asked for a hotel loaner umbrella and she mentioned GWL did not
have any, but she would happily lend me her personal umbrella. Really? This is truly above and
beyond!
I apologize I do not have names of the other 4 individuals who made our stay AWESOME! One
was the man in the Cub Club who made "The Dog Ate the Ball" balloons to the delight of my
twin boys, a heart balloon for a friend who was with us, and a flower, multi-balloon creation for
our daughter, the birthday girl. The woman who lead the story time was energetic and nice as
could be. She took our family picture with Wylie and we could not have had a better experience
with the character person inside. On the last day, Violet also interacted well with our children.
Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! We had been once before (about 18 months ago)
and had a good time, but this time was a couple of notches better. GWL Grapevine is really
raising the bar, and on behalf of my family... we had a HOWLING Good time! Thank you so
much!!!
