2. Did You Know…
 No one is good enough to get to Heaven on their own? “As it is written, there are none
righteous, no, not one:” Romans 3:10
 The reason we are not good enough is because we are sinners? “For ALL have sinned and
come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23 “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into
the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
Romans 5:12
 We have to pay for our sins? “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23 “And whosoever was not found written in the
book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20:15
 God gave his Son to pay for our sins so that we would not have to? “For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not
perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the
world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:16-17 “But God commendeth
his love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

3. God is ready and prepared to
forgive us of our sins…
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our
sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that
we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in
us.
I John 1:9-10

4. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto
thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of
God. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
John 3:3, 7
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other
name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be
saved. Acts 4:12
There is only ONE way to Heaven…
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the
life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 14:6

It’s Very Simple To Do!
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou
shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:31
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath
raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with
the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9-10
For whosoever shall call upon the name
of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13

7. You need to understand that you are a sinner and the
punishment for your sin is death in Hell. You must realize that
Jesus loves you and died for your sins. Ask Him to “save” you
from Hell and forgive you of your sins.
All you have to do is pray. Here is and example of a prayer for
Salvation. You don’t have to say these words exactly, just talk to
the Lord from your heart.
Dear God,
I know that I am a sinner and am in need of forgiveness. I pray
that you would please forgive me of my sins and come into my
heart and save me from Hell. I thank you for providing a way for
me to get to heaven and for saving me.

8. Once You Have It… You Cannot Lose It!
And I give unto them eternal life; and they
shall never perish, neither shall any man
pluck them out of my hand. My
Father, which gave them me, is greater than
all; and no man is able to pluck them out of
my Father's hand. John

us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He
that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath
not the Son of God hath not life. These

on the name of the Son of God; that ye may
know that ye have eternal life, and that ye
may believe on the name of the Son of God.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and
that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9
He that believeth on the Son hath
everlasting life: and he that believeth not the
Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God
abideth on him. John 3:36
Jesus said unto her, I am the
resurrection, and the life: he that believeth
in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me
shall never die… John
