O nama
 Tvrtka “Tilili” osnovana je 03.rujna 2013.godine
 Od samog početka naše područje djelatnosti vezano je
za proizvodnju i prodaju ukrasnih vrečica za različite
prigode (rođendane, krštenja, krizme, vjenčanja i sl.).
 Na ideju smo dosli metodom imitacije, tj. „ukrali” smo
ideju od druge tvrtke koja se također bavi
proizvodnjom vrećica i jako dobro posluje.
Naša poslovna strategija (cilj)
 Naša poslovna strategija bila bi da postanemo vodeća
tvrtka koja ce biti poznata diljem svijeta, da bi to
postigli moramo uživati u onome što radimo
 Željeli bismo imati samo dobre kritike ali i loše su
ponekad dobre jer ćemo znati što treba ispraviti
 Moto tvrtke: “Ne gubite vrijeme na posao koji ne volite;
strast će vam pomoći da budete učinkovitiji. “

 Strength-kreativnost, ambicija, inteligencija,
marljivost
 Weakness- neodlučnost, rizik
 Opportunity- trebamo vidjeti dobru poslovnu priliku
gdje je drugi poduzetnici ne vide

 Intenzivan rad na povećanju kvalitete te praćenje potreba
kupaca opravdava tvrdnju da za ponuđenu cijenu kupac
dobiva optimalan i pouzdan proizvod i uslugu.
 Kako bi se uvjerili da sve prije rečeno odgovara istini

 Vrećice izrađujemo isključivo od recikliranog papira te
tako činimo dobro za naš okoliš koji uvozimo od turske
tvrtke “Duzkap wood veneer”.
 Kupnjom naših proizvoda možete ostvariti razne
pogodnosti (popust, darove i sl.) Dođite i garantiramo da
ćete otići zadovoljni.

distributera ("KANPAK")

Distribucija
 Budući da nema posrednika možemo ostvariti veću
prodajnu cijenu naših proizvoda.
 S druge strane izravna prodaja zahtjeva veća ulaganja
novca i rada, manje slobodnog vremena te poznavanja
pravnih propisa.
