1. Outlook for Week of April 20, 2015

MoM turns down for Nikkei and DAX, which triggers a partial profits
signal. FTSE 100 sees MoM turn up, may continue its rally after recent
breakout. US indexes keep sputtering.

Bonds (TLT) remain bullish.

Gold may have bottomed. Still needs a weekly close above RevL to get
into bullish mode.

$EURUSD is building a base and ready to move higher.

Oil is closing in on the $60 level. A close above $63 would put it back in
bullish mode

Wheat keeps struggling.

2. 
On the daily level all major stock indexes are now weak bullish (daily
MoM down) and DAX has entered bearish mode, giving a sell signal.

Bonds (TLT) have a buy signal and go fully bullish again, benefiting from
the weakness in stocks.

Gold hangs on the 1200 level. Mom needs to turn up to continue its rally.

EURUSD is once again very close to its reversal level. A close above
1.0864 would put an end to its 85 day bearish stretch.

Oil is continuing the rally that started 16 days ago. Up 17% is a very nice
move.

Wheat has produced another failed rally. Path of least resistance remains
down. We wait for MoM to turn up.

3. 
Partial profits signal for France and Spain.
Chance to take some money off after 17%
and 13% moves in 12 weeks.

Speculative buy signal for Vietnam. Has
been bearish for 27 weeks, and MoM turning
up is a first sign of a possible bottom.

Comment: Most international markets remain
in good shape. European indexes look ready
for a pause or pullback. China market is up
100% since it gave us a buy signal 38 weeks
ago. That doesn't happen every day. MoM is
at the maximum +10 for China, euphoric
stage. So, be very careful if you still own
Chinese stocks. It could end with a sudden
10% drop.

Speculative buy signal for XOM

Partial profits signal for NKE

17 stocks bullish, unchanged from 17 last
week. Below 20 = struggling bull market. See
article: Keeping an eye on the Dow stocks

Comment: Even though several stocks were
close to turning bullish last week, none have
succeeded to close above their RevL. We now
have quite a few stocks coming close to turn
bearish. Another bad week and the number of
bullish stocks in the Dow could drop below 15,
which would signal a bear market. So, the
market is right at the edge. Long term
investors better remain very cautious until the
next direction becomes more clear.
