It is receiving great accolades from industry executives reviewing the collection and the agent who is initiating contract deals for the line. Hayes is now looking for a design firm to partner with on new luxury interior design residential and hospitality projects. The L U X E line is anticipated to launch in 2009. The attached concept drawings showcase a range of custom product developed by Hayes under the L U X E brand for a new residential luxury high rise building in New York, The Ivy. It is a refined modern but classically elegant “boutique like” property. The Ivy is just one of a number of residential + mixed use/hospitality projects designed by Hayes. In addition to the drawings, concept pages for The Ivy’s website which were developed during the early brand + marketing phase of the design [also designed by Hayes] are included. “We approach our projects with a very brand perspective”. This process allows for the strongest innovative interiors a property can achieve. “My background is very brand oriented, working with the likes of Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, Liz Claiborne teaches you that drawing on the essence of a brand [or in the case of The Ivy, developing a new brand] can be very inspiring and ultimately very lucrative”. But truly it is the connected emotion that comes from creating a branded masterpiece, where the design of the interiors, exteriors, even the art and the marketing material have one central design force, “that for me is truly inspiring and impactful”. Success brings a strong response that investors, developers, architects and clients can connect to and ultimately cause them to want to stay and live in these properties.
