Profile
I have 6 years experience as a support worker and care assistant, supporting and
caring for learning disability children and adults. I am physically fit and used to
team working when required, I have the ability to work with my initiative and
putting into consideration the company’s policies and procedures. I also ensure
that I put service users at the centre of all activity and make decisions based on
the wishes of each individual.
I am also a foster carer with 15 months experience with Compass Fostering
Company. I am able to communicate effectively with individuals and staff orally,
in writing, facial expressions and gestures.
Education: London Metropolitan University, Finished first year in Health and
Social Care.
