The attached Delores Eaton letter dated October 6, 2009 exemplifies Regional Killer Boyden Gray use of

Finally and for the record, I sent the criminal complaint of the attempted medical killing of my father to the Public
Advocate, Ms. Gotbaum’s office. I did not write Ms. Eaton. I did not request legal advice or representation in court as

I write this letter with respect to the phone call I made to your office the other day regarding the below
documented Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned MRSA and the air quality controlled isolated room my
father was placed in at Jacobi hospital. In summary, my father was maliciously inoculated with MRSA, a deadly,
man made, laboratory created bacteria listed under Regional killer Boyden Gray’s name. Please see the below.
The Regional Killer Boyden Gray deadly bacteria was inflicted on him while he was at King’s Harbor Medical
Center. He was there for short term rehabilitation because he loss his ability to walk after being hospitalized for
over a month because he was food poisoned.
After being treated for the below Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned MRSA deadly vaccine disseminated
disease, he was going to be released back to King’s Harbor Multicare Center. The family decided to change the
Nursing Home Rehabilitation Center. Since then, MRSA resurrected and is criminally and insanely controlling the
health care of my father when it should not. Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned MRSA disease is being
criminally manipulated and used as cause to tag and destroy my father’s health and health care management. I
seek an end to such.
After the family decided not to release him back to King’s Harbor Multi Care center, he was immediately therafter
placed in an air quality controlled isolated hospital room, despite being told he was going to be discharged because
the Regional Killer Boyden Gray MRSA vaccine disseminated disease had cleared.
Regional Killer Boyden has arranged the killing of many innocent people under his name aligned MRSA and air
quality controlled isolated room phenomenon. Below you will find evidence that he is deeply rooted and the
architect of many poisonous air quality controlled toxin programs. NYC Hospital isolated rooms are being used as

Upon recognizing the below Regional Killer Boyden Gray deadly MRSA and air quality control name alignments,
inflicted on my father, I called your office because these phenomena should not exist at the expense of my father’s
life and medical care. Above all, Sony Carson, a NYC Human Rights advocate and elder was killed in a NYC
isolated air quality controlled hospital room. I have grounds to be concerned about these unregulated Regional
Killer Boyden Gray, name aligned, in writing medical killing programs, specifically vaccine infectious disease
dissemination and his name aligned air toxin control programs, that are being used to put his MRSA disguised
killing victims in.

11. In summary, this MRSA deadly inoculation is being used to rule over my father’s medical care despite my father
completing the protocol for ridding of such. To this end, based on my father completing the MRSA hospital
protocol, I asked Jacobi Medical Center the status of the MRSA bacteria after he was treated. I was assured the
MRSA inflicted disease was cleared by the hospital’s antibiotics and I was assured this clearance was validated in
his lab test and lung x-ray reports, is in writing and would be sent to his nursing home of choice.
He was cleared of the MRSA, released from the hospital but now Regional Killer Boyden Gray’s name aligned
MRSA has criminally resurrected in the nursing home he was transferred to and is ruling over his medical care
when it should not. He followed every protocol to rid the Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned injection
disseminated MRSA bacteria. I was assured of the MRSA clearance. Please see the attached letter to Jacobi
Medical Center Patient Care requesting the MRSA clearance be sent to the nursing home. It was not sent and is
causing MRSA unwarranted, elderly abusive psychological tagging. Public notices are being placed on his door
and Regional Killer Boyden gray will not abuse my father with his name aligned MRSA deadly disease anymore.
Consequently, I am asking for your professional public advocate assistance in investigating the below Regional
Killer Boyden Gray MRSA and air quality control deadly name alignments, that have been inflicted on my father.
Most importantly, I ask for your assistance in getting Jacobi Medical Center via Dr. Lamb in ICU, to send the
MRSA Clearance to the nursing home as I requested in the below attached letter.
I will not sit and watch Regional Killer Boyden Gray enjoin another medical facility in his unregulated injection

My father has been terrorized and victimized beyond words and I thank God for his transfer to East
Haven Nursing Home. It is my prayer that the Regional Killer Boyden Gray MRSA Disguised Medical

Patient: John Snyder Medical Status, Emergency Safety Procedures, Too Many Injections Being Rendered. Please
give him pill or liquid form.
Dear Director:
This letter is written for purposes of clarification and to request information. John Snyder has been sent here for
short term rehabilitation, to begin walking again. He was walking and very capable prior to the food poisoning
hospitalization in August 2009. He was hospitalized and kept in the bed for over a month and this contributed to
his loss of walking.
John Snyder was and should be still in good health. He is here for wound care for his leg. He has no history of
heart disease, organ dysfunction or Alzheimer. The only medication should be for the betterment of his wounded
leg. No injections or rectal smears should be necessary. He has informed us that he is getting injected in the
stomach twice a day. Please stop this. Injections should be rendered only if there is no pill or liquid form of the
needed medication.
Any and all injections should be monitored and minimized and only if remedy cannot be sought through liquid
medicine or pill form. Since he has been getting twice daily injections, his health has deteriorated. Since Sunday,
October 4, 2009, a difference in his health has been noted. His speech was not slurred previously and it is now. He
had an appetite previously, now his appetite has deteriorated. Please take him off of injections unless it is the only
method he can get needed medicine and the family should be notified.
Also, Dr. Krauz from Jacobi Hospital should not be making any medical decisions for him. He can be seen by the
Nursing Home Doctor until his private doctor avails. Please let us know the name of the injections rendered twice
a day to him since Monday October 5, 2009. Also, the injection developing company name is needed. Injections
should be suspended unless there is no other way he can get the medicine and we the undersigned should be
notified.
Please forward this to all people who have authority to inject him. Please keep a log of all of his injections. Please
refer to my letter to Betsy Gotbaum dated October 5, 2009 for further clarification. I faxed this letter to this entity
on October 5, 2009. Please let me know if you do not have a copy of it. I have a fax receipt and can send another
copy if needed.
With respect to emergency safety procedures, if a hospitalization occurs, Miriam Snyder, his daughter who lives
closest to him should be contacted at either home: 347 697-7586 cell: 516 642 6007 before any ambulance removes
him from this facility.
