2. Roger played the guitar since before we met. We still have the Chet Adkins albums he listened to & played along with for hundreds of hours. He also made the dog pictures hanging on the wall .They hung in our sons rooms in the early years. I think we still have them!

4. Roger was very athletic even in our older years. In high school he played baseball, football & wrestled. He always said he preferred wrestling because it was an individual sport…You either won or lost on YOUR OWN. He was Captain of his team & would have attended Marshall University on a full wrestling scholarship if he had not decided to marry me.
5. An excellent wrestler & team Captain, Roger was offered a sports scholarship to Marshall University, which he gave up to marry me.
6. Roger with one of his best, lifetime friends, Ronnie Craig. Rev. Ron Craig did a wonderful job of conducting Roger’s funeral. How he managed it, I’ll never know, but the family will be eternally grateful for him sharing his stories and memories of his time with Roger and his presentation of God’s Love and Promises.
7. High School Sweethearts A picture I signed for Roger our senior year. I found it in His album in the Hope Chest that he gave me the Christmas before we we’ve married. Voted “Cutest Couple “by our Senior class, this picture still hangs on our bedroom wall!
12. FOUR YEARS LATER WE TOOK OFF FOR AROUND THE WORLD TO NEW ZEALAND.THE BEGINNING OF A LIFE FILLED WITH ADVENTURE AND NEVER ENDING SUPRISES WITH THIS WONDERFUL MAN THAT I THINK I SHALL NEVER LEARN TO LIVE WITHOUT.
