• Handling more than 25 clients with different deployment types of UCCE and UCCX.
• Implementing, configuring and maintaining Cisco Voice/VXML gateways.
• Basic Configuration and troubleshooting on CUBE
• Configuration and troubleshooting on ICM components (Router, PG, etc)
