Business Development
 I achieved a direct plan to grow the offices from 1 location to 35 dental offices.
Identified ideal market locations for offices, negotiated leases, purchased all
equipment, managed installation, and supervised build-out of offices.
 Direct management of all hiring, both at the salary and part-time positions. Created
manual and job descriptions. Directed all training and adherence to all policies and
procedures. Supervised and managed regional managers, office managers and
responsible for up to 250 employees total. Developed and implemented a monthly
bonus program to incentivize employees and produce high morale in company.
 Developed and implemented an Account Receivable program from the ground floor
to keep aged balances at an industry leading low. Instituted protocols including
systems for calls, documented letters, and collections when necessary for all balances,
thus bringing down most AR from 120 days to 60 days, and served as the liaison for
accounts to be turned over to 3rd
party collections.
 Attained a comprehensive review system to ensure AP was timely and in good
standard with vendors. Confirmed all monthly financials were ran and reported to
CPA’s for review and discussion.

 Created a monthly marketing program through mailers, consulted with patients when
necessary to guarantee total satisfaction with our company and name, conducted
weekly and monthly meetings with staff to guarantee we were all working together
on same goals.
Financial Accomplishments
 Opened one initial store and grew quickly to 16 multiple offices which were sold to a
publicly held company going through an IPO and named personally in the public
statement. The offices were sold for $16.2 million dollars in 1999. Opened the
remaining 19 offices and sold for an average of $1-2 million dollars EBIDTA. Point
man for due diligence for transaction of sale.
 Installed as director of neurology medical practice to turn around the business that
was losing on average $80,000 a month to breaking even after 90 days. Continued to
grow business profitability, which enabled doctors and staff to receive bonuses.
 Slashed payroll/benefits administration costs 20% by negotiating
pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services.
