Final Determination of PA Office of Open Records Granting Access to Half-Baked DEP Data on Radiation

The so-called Final Determination by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records granting the Delaware Riverkeeper Network the right to take possession of preliminary and unvetted data collected by the state Dept. of Environmental Protection in their study of radiation levels in fracking waste.
