• Devised and led the implementation of the ‘Burden-Sharing’ bank restructuring strategy (Kazakh bank
restructuring program is viewed as international benchmarks, with BTA Bank being the largest
and first ever successful bail-in restructuring and is the subject of a University of Oxford case
