Es el instrumento por el cual se
transmite un información o mensaje,
incluye la televisión, la prensa, la
radio, el cine, el internet y la redes
sociales, se encargan de que la
comunicación sea posible, es decir,
difusión de mensajes, bien sea para
informar, educar o entretener.
Es una comunicación estratégica que
intenta fortalecer vínculos entre una
organización y sus públicos,
informándolos y persuadiéndolos para
generar confianza, es decir, fidelidad,
través de, acuerdos y beneficios,
solucionando cualquier inquietud o
problemas.
Oportunidad de escoger el
medio idóneo a utilizar
