2. Caffeine Spaces
Caffeine Spaces is developing a community
driven office space to help like minded
individuals that want to work in a group
environment, achieve economies of scale
without being a big company and enjoy
being open and part of the community that
value collaboration, openness, community,
accessibility and sustainability.
3. Becoming a coworking member is much more than renting a
desk, it is joining a community of like minded individuals that
want to work in a group environment, but still have the
flexibility of working for oneself.

Working from home has many distractions and do
you really want your next client seeing where you
live?
Are you ready to sign a three year contract for your
startup without any revenue yet?
Does the term “underwater” mean anything to you?
5. Coworking Is The Best Solution
Stop cabin fever in it’s tracks. Become part of a
growing movement of coworkers!
Coworking gives the best of both worlds!
Less expensive than an executive office, but still have
the amenities that an executive office would offer!
6. Competition to Coworking!
We dominate the Cost factor, Caffeine Spaces is the first step
many will take out from their home based business office. We
cover this niche with multiple ways for the worker to become
comfortable going out on their own, but still have a
community to fall back on when necessary. It takes very little
out of pocket expense to become a coworker.
Where our competition excels is the privacy of an executive
office suite. They have privacy down to an art. This is great for
us as we are working more towards the community building
business model. Our goal is to be sending educated and
developed companies their way.

I am not going to show some made up hockey stick for a

What I can tell you, every executive office suite is filled in
the area and there is a high demand for an entry level office
space to open. It will take 30 days to build out our location
from the time we sign our lease. With that in mind I am
going to begin placing coworkers into positions now. This
way we can have our space active from day one.

Where Are We Going?
The plans for the space are currently being developed to add select
social integration with our partnered companies.
This will allow the partners to become integrated directly into our
membership.

Good Morning, my name is Mark Laymon. I would like to introduce you to Caffeine Spaces. Caffeine Spaces is a community driven office space that will be located in Boca Raton, Florida. Today I need your support to make Caffeine Spaces a reality
Caffeine Spaces is developing a community driven office space that values collaboration, openness, community, accessibility and sustainability. What are the key points to take away about Coworking? Work in a group environment. Have the amenities of a large office. (printers, conference rooms) Collaborate with great individuals on your projects. A MasterMind team at your fingertips.
You can rent a desk at many locations in Palm Beach County. How often do you wish there was someone that you could bounce an idea off of? This is on of my favorite photos, it shows two points of view. One is the lone sand dollar waiting for the next wave. The other is the sand dollar held up by the years of sand that has accumulated from years of wave movement.
Today the new startup entrepreneur has two options. Work from home Rent an executive office suite What sounds good to you? Well do you have pets? Family members? Friends? I do, and they know I am home and that means they need my attention whenever I am home. Renting is great, but how established is your company? Do you have the business credit to rent an office for three years? I hate to point this out, not everyone that starts a business is can handle the business…
Coworking? It’s a growing movement, WORLD WIDE! It’s not just for the startup company either. Save on the monthly rent, still have access to the amenities you use on a daily basis. How many of you can hack working from a bedroom more than 3 months?
We dominate the Cost factor, our competition excels in privacy. Executive offices are our competition. They do have the privacy thing going for them. As I stated earlier, working alone is not always what you need as a startup. We take the work from home employee, offer them the services and guidance they need. Then once they hit a profitable margin, they can move off to work by themselves.
A Core Business Model? Our business model will be always evolving, but our core business model will be split between two tracks. First is our community membership. From daily drop-ins to those looking for 24/7 access will always be important to our bottom line. Second will be our involvement in the development of our members threw our Accelerator Program. Our Accelerator Program’s income will steadily outgrow our memberships as our community grows and prospers.
The underlining magic to Caffeine Spaces is having Mark Laymon and his past 5 years of growing his social profile in the local communities. Since 1996 I have watched trends in work from home business models, startup business development and how to monetize new projects. I know the community, I know the industry and I know where an opportunity is going to develop. A couple years ago I saw Meetups beginning to go mainstream. New Tech Community was one of the companies that I developed into a strong society of like minded people. To grow these markets I did not reinvent the wheel, I just tweak them to make them what they can become. I am not alone, I have a strong well developed following that is ready to follow me forward with Caffeine Spaces.
Marketing Caffeine Spaces is going to be mostly threw our local social graph. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Meetup are some of the social sites we use, but that is just scratching the surface. The ability of using old media contacts alongside new media contacts gives us a drastic advantage for Coworking to move ahead. Memberships will be a soft roll in as members see the benefits of working in a collaborative environment.
Driving the staffing forward at Caffeine Spaces is the community. Following the

Caffeine Spaces is still in the startup stage. With our first round of funding we are forming a Florida corporation and securing the location in Boca Raton, Florida. The plans for the space are currently being developed to add select social integration with our partnered companies. This will allow the partners to become integrated directly into our membership. At this point we are still accepting applications for materials to be featured in our space as well.
What is in it for you to sponsor Caffeine Spaces? In trade for your sponsorship, we are offering many benefits to you. EDC? FARDA? FAU?
