8 Easy Stages & Time Frame
The Quicklaw Conveyancing service is broken down into the following Stages:
STAGE TIME FRAME
Housekeeping Stage Immediately
Stage 1 - Pre Exchange - The Contract Before exchanging Contracts
Stage 2 - Pre Exchange - Inquiries/Searches Before exchanging Contracts
Stage 3 - Exchange of Contracts At the time of Exchange
Stage 4 - The Transfer & Requisitions on Title Immediately after exchanging the Contracts
Stage 5 - Post Exchange Searches At least 3-4 weeks BEFORE Completion Date
Stage 6 - Stamp duty At least 2-3 weeks BEFORE Completion Date
Stage 7 - Arranging Completion Details At least 1-2 weeks BEFORE Completion Date
Stage 8 - Completion arrangements & Post
Completion Tasks
At least 3-5 working days BEFORE Completion
