The Booking Bonus scheme has been designed to reward anyone booking Corporate Rooms through our
website or Meeting and Event space.
The basic scheme is simple: you will receive a shopping voucher worth 1% of the net value of any total
Meeting & Event spend you book. In addition; for every room night booked online, you earn £1 in vouchers.
It’s that easy! And with extra promotions through the year and added bonuses to get you started there is always
a way to boost your voucher earnings!
The vouchers are from bonus bond and can be redeemed at over 25,000 high street retailer outlets across
120 retailers including Homebase, Debenhams and Boots.

Registration
Types of membership
You can register for the scheme either on a company membership or individual membership basis.
Company membership
• The membership ‘belongs’ to the company, with one nominated lead booker
• Members can join and share the rewards or use these as corporate gifts, charity or team prizes
• If a member leaves, the membership remains with the company and another booker can take over
Individual membership
• The membership ‘belongs’ to you as an individual
• If you leave and continue to book hotels for another company, you can keep the membership but will need
to update your details

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
1. All applicants must register their details to be eligible for the incentive.
2. Participation in the reward programme is by invitation only and is open to bookers located in (and
selling in) the United Kingdom. Participation is at the discretion of Thistle and Guoman Hotels.
3. Booking Bonus vouchers in respect of Meetings & Events bookings will only be issued on
booked revenue levels as detailed on the ‘How it works’ page. All interim amounts will be
carried over to subsequent qualifying bookings made within the offer period only.
4. Thistle and Guoman Hotels reserve the right to substitute specific prizes without prior notice
from time to time. Suitable alternatives will be offered where available. No cash alternatives
will be offered.
5. Subject to the conditions set out above, Booking Bonus vouchers will be awarded for new
bookings and will be awarded against full payment on arrived bookings. Cancelled bookings
or bookings in respect of which refund or discount is given will invalidate any Booking Bonus
vouchers awarded against that booking. In the event of this occurring any subsequent claims
will be subject to the relevant deductions. Thistle and Guoman Hotels may withdraw the offer
at any time, although it will honour valid claims which have been notified to Booking Bonus in
accordance with the claims procedure before withdrawal of the offer.
6. Booking Bonus vouchers are personal to the individual or company to whom they are awarded
and may not be transferred without Thistle Hotels’ or Guoman Hotels’ prior written permission.
7. Booking Bonus vouchers are redeemable by either a company or an individual.
8. Thistle and Guoman Hotels reserve the right to deem invalid any claim at its discretion if it
believes the claim does not accord with the claims procedure or with any other condition of
the Booking Bonus programme.
9. It is the responsibility of the participants in the Booking Bonus programme to ensure that their
involvement does not contravene their contract of employment and that they have wherever
appropriate obtained permission to participate from their employer.
10. All participants must abide by the rules and conditions laid down by Thistle Hotels and
Guoman Hotels.
11. The awarded vouchers are paid net of all employment taxes at the standard rate.
12. All Booking Bonus Registration Forms and Claim Forms should be either sent to Booking Bonus,
PO Box 909, Bath Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 9FH or emailed to bookingbonus@thistle.co.uk.
Claims must be made by the 7th of each month. Any claims received after the 7th will not be
processed until the following month. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your vouchers.
13. Booking Bonus rewards can only be claimed by the individual member booking direct with
the hotel.
14. Once a booking has taken place vouchers must be claimed within 90 days. Claims cannot be
accrued throughout the year.
15. Thistle and Guoman Hotels may terminate the Booking Bonus programme at any time and will do so
immediately upon notice to all active members. Claims after terminations will not be accepted.
