Meet us at the Wintergarden Nature Preserve on July 11, 18, and 25 from 9-10:30am for a Nature Fitness program. Registration is required for the program led by McKenna Elder, a BGSU student, that will provide a nature guide and activities like bird watching, identifying wildflowers and butterflies, and hiking trails to improve nature fitness. The goal is to relieve stress and reduce nature deficit disorder by reconnecting with nature.
