2. Profile of trainer
Bernard Lim CFP® CSFE® AFCouns® FSWW, is the
founder and principal trainer of Wealth College
(division of Wealth Hub Pte Ltd). With more than
20 years of experience as a financial service pro-
fessional, he has been able to translate his skills
and knowledge into transferrable ideas through
his practical training. Bernard’s training ideas and

Entry criteria
Course applicants should ideally have
more than 1 year of practical experi-

and have passed mandatory licensing

Possess the Associate Financial
Consultant (AFC) certification,
or completed the ChFC® Module 1
(Financial Planning: Process and
Environment) conducted by Singapore
College of Insurance; or its equivalent
as pre-requisites.
