The Solution The Directors of Swap Australia Limited intend to sell the IP of Swap Australia to create a professional business model that will maintain the objectives and values of Swap Australia/Business Swap.  The IP would include the membership (database), policies and procedures manuals, website, trademarks etc.   Should we be unable to find an acceptable buyer by 30/6/09 we will proceed to dissolve Swap Australia Ltd and assist the individual clubs in setting up to operate independently.

The Solution The Directors of Swap Australia Limited intend to sell the IP of Swap Australia to create a professional business model that will maintain the objectives and values of Swap Australia/Business Swap.  The IP would include the membership (database), policies and procedures manuals, website, trademarks etc.   Should we be unable to find an acceptable buyer by 30/6/09 we will proceed to dissolve Swap Australia Ltd and assist the individual clubs in setting up to operate independently.
