This document summarizes the first meeting of an AR standards development group held in Seoul, Korea. The meeting brought together developers, researchers, standards organizations and industry groups to discuss AR terminology, use cases, existing standards, and gaps. Participants mapped the AR technology landscape, compared markup languages, and identified next steps to increase involvement from additional communities to further the development of AR standards. The group plans to continue their work at a future meeting in Barcelona.
