Kathryne A. Pusch, President of ConsultKAP, is a seasoned professional consultant
and business broker. She is the 2003 past-President of the Georgia Association of
Business Brokers & has been active on the Board and leadership positions since
1998. She has extensive formal education, including a BS in Marketing & Marketing
Research as well as a MBA. Kathryne is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a frequent
public speaker, serves on the Executive Advisory Network of the DBM International
Center for Executive Options, is a published author, and a licensed GA real estate
instructor.
Michael D. Ferrell is a mergers and acquisitions adviser at ConsultKAP, the
preeminent business brokerage firm, who specializes in lower middle market
transactions. Michael’s passion for client service coupled with his experience
negotiating win/win outcomes while acting with the highest integrity is what truly
