Shipping and Receiving Supervisor (June 2011):
• Main point of contact for Shipping and Receiving Department.
• Attends operational meetings to review scheduling of shipments and previous day’s
activities.
• Follows Shipping Schedule, Daily Job Management Reports, Forecasting Reports.
• Ensure the proper completion of orders for each shipment day.
• Distribute repackaging instructions to Inventory Control Department for completion.
• Schedule and create BOL for Swap Trailer between both locations
• Monitor Inventory to ensure orders are accurately met and prevent late shipments
using the FIFO method.
• Overview current orders awaiting arrival at both locations.
• Distribute orders to employees between both Warehouse locations.
• Perform all proper documentation for orders being staged and shipped out of other
Warehouse location.

• Assists in Picking/Staging Orders (Daily).
• Assists in receiving of inbound product and sampling (Daily).
• Creates internal documents, MSDS, and packing slips via internal system.
• Schedules pickups and contacts logistic companies for pickup at Both Locations.
• Shrink wraps shipments, loads trailers and confirms shipments daily. Working
knowledge of UPS and Fedex Systems.
2. Shipping Clerk (January 2011):
• Received orders from supervisor.
• Pick orders throughout the warehouse via FIFO method (First in, First Out)
• Verification of orders picked from co-Workers.
• Create Shipping Documents, MSDS, and packing slips via Software Program.
• Confirm orders shipped for current day via Software Program.
Liquid Compounder (September 2010):
• Receive Batch from Supervisor/Lead and follow SOP for production of the batch.
• Gather appropriate documentation to start process of production via Software program.
• Gather materials necessary for batch.
• Approximately weigh product with scales (gram, and lb).
• Document all necessary information in process of production.
• Once complete turn in all documentation and sample to Quality Control Department for
further review.
Liquid Packer (July 2010):
• Receive jobs from Supervisor
• Locate and verify product needing packaging.
• Gather equipment for the proper dispensing of the liquid material.
• Pack the liquidinto appropriate containers.
• Thoroughly fill out tracking paperwork and system transactions via Software Program.
• Transfer and locate product to correct warehouse locations.
• Return equipment to stations for proper cleansing.
FedEx Freight, Cinnaminson, NJ. October 2009-July 2011
Supplemental Dock Operator:
• Forklift Operator responsible for loading and unloading trailers on a cross dock
operation.
• Responsible for properly building decks and securing freight inside trailers using “A
Track” technology.
