The Broadband Access Project (BAP) is a partnership between the University of Minnesota's Urban Research and Outreach/Engagement Center and community organizations. Funded by a $3.6 million grant from the US Department of Commerce, BAP aims to eliminate the digital divide by expanding broadband access to underserved communities and creating new public computer centers and jobs through technology.

11. Other Training Areas Customized Trainings are available for community groups, nonprofits, and small/minority-owned businesses. Trainings area available in multiple languages, including Hmong, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
