John was feeling lost and empty when he bumped into his doppelganger on the street. His doppelganger pointed down the street, where John saw Andrea and Kati, who explained that John's doppelganger had saved them from an explosion at a bar. Andrea recognized it wasn't actually John at the bar door earlier because Kati said so. Both John and Andrea found the story of the doppelganger saving them to be very strange.
