1. Feet
Packed with so many nerve endings,
it’s no wonder some women claim that
they can reach orgasm just by having their
feet rubbed. The key is not to tickle: a real
mood buster. It should be a firm touch.
Start by holding the ankle then work down
the top and bottom of the foot, gently
kneading. Tug and massage each toe indi-
vidually. Linger on the middle toe. Tug on it
a bit. Some sexperts believe this toe has
a direct nerve connection to the genitals.
Ears
Touching the ears triggers both
reflexogenic (physical) and psychogenic
(mental) arousal. Lightly graze the rim
of her ear with your lips or the tip of your
nose. Don’t blow in her ear. Just allow
the sound of your breath and feel of

ning your fingertips down
the length of her inner
arm from biceps to wrist.
Linger at the wrists,
a highly sensitive pulse
point. Stroke gently.
Inner Thighs
Like the inner arms, thin
skin here is your opportu-
nity to send shivers down
her spine. Kiss her softly
starting at the knee and
ever so slowly make your
way north. Alternate side
to side like climbing lad-
der rungs, kissing and
tickling with your tongue.

Genitals

sense of smell. In fact,
a woman can subcon-
sciously smell whether

just by standing close to
him, according to a study
in The Journal of
Neuroscience. “A man
who’s attracted to a
woman will secrete
chemicals through his
sweat glands that her
brain instinctively
encodes as sexual inter-
est,” says biological
anthropologist Helen
Fisher, PhD.
Neck
Brain scans have shown that women can
achieve orgasm more easily if their brain’s
stress centers are switched off. “Many
women need a transition period between
dealing with the stress of everyday life
and feeling sexual,” says Ian Kerner, a sex
therapist and author. The neck is a good
place to start to throttle down those
stress hormones. The vast majority of
women in our survey described the neck
as their most surprising erogenous zone.
