package erection drawings/documents

SIEMENS package (GT, GTG, Air Intake & Exhaust Stack systems)
• Arrange all necessary facilities to commence with the scope of erection
• Responsible for the complete alignment of SIEMENS gas turbine & generator
whilst coordinating with SIEMENS TFAs
• Complete erection of Air Intake system & Exhaust bypass stack, including
piping systems such as wet compression, evaporative cooling, pulse air and
anti-icing system, whilst communicating with FAIST & BRADEN TFAs.

American University of Cairo, AUC – ASME Section VIII, DIV 1 –
Design & Fabrication of Pressure Vessels (Egypt 2015)
Role: Trainee
Attended a 5-day special course at AUC in ASME Section VIII, DIV 1.
Course included detailed design methods of pressure vessels in
accordance to the ASME code. An introduction to the well known
pressure vessel design software, PV Elite was also taken during the
course.
American University of Cairo, AUC – Heat Exchangers Design
(Egypt 2015)
Role: Trainee
Attended a 5-day intensive course at AUC in heat exchangers design.
Course included all heat transfer mechanisms in several types of HXs
such as Shell & Tube, and plate type, as well as the design procedure of
those HXs.
University graduation thesis – Cathodic Protection of carbon steel

Designed & manufactured a 2m3 carbon steel which was protected
against corrosion using an in-house designed impressed current &
galvanic system for both the inside & outside of the tank.

Attended a two weeks training program in the erection process of The
Avenues Mall central LPG system. The system consisted of a state of
the art piping network, along with pumps, compressors and vaporizers
