Type of Sales Organization… It is service oriented sales organization It is an integrated express package distribution company Dependent upon the sales force
Recruitment and Selection… Recruitment agencies do the recruitment work for Blue Dart to met its requirement of employees Agencies do all the process of selection from screening to the final interview Final interview is taken by Blue Dart Then finally the individual joins the company if he is passed in the interview
Training and Development Ahmadabad (Gujarat) is the training center where all the recruited people takes training  Training period comprises of 15 days which includes field knowledge also The company trainers with some other experts provide training to the employees on and off the field Punctuality matters a lot
Training needs…. We interacted with the sales executives and they told us about their training needs which are as follows: More practical exposure in field Personality  Grooming  On time and before time delivery Shortcomings should be fulfilled Work first
Keen observation on tasks which were given Work within timeline For better communication  More responsibilities to the salesperson
