Leadership Traits:
He was a cluster in himself.
He had been a postmaster, shopkeeper, surveyor and a
lawyer.
He practiced a lower, middle and upper class job; that is
why he had grown himself with leadership qualities and
leaded his country in the most critical situations like civil
war in USA and freedom of slaves.
He had the capacity to listen to different points of view.
He did share credit for success and blame of failure.
He had the awareness of own weaknesses and had
control over his emotions.
