How to Add a User to a Google Analytics Profile
Login to your existing analytics
account and click “Admin” at
the top of the analytics page.
Choose the account, property or
view to which you want to add a
user from the drop-down menus
at the top of the columns.
With your account selected, click
the “User Management” button to
add a user to that account.

Under the “Add permissions for:” section,
fill in the users registered Gmail account address,
separating multiple addresses by commas or
spaces.
Set the account permissions for
that user, choosing from
“Manage User,” “Edit,”
“Collaborate” and “Read & Analyze.”
Check “Notify this user by email” in
order to send a notification to each
user you’re adding.
Click “Add” to finish adding a user to
that Google Analytics profile.
