Team building for multi levels sellers of an IT company
 Over the last few years, the client’s company had annual
meetings with the sales agents without involving
their sales people. Results from year to year were at
the expected business level, or slightly below.
 The business part of the event was built in a way to let
the management of the company transfer the reality
of the industry of their business and to announce
operational innovations suggested by dealers’ sales staff
after their business game session.
 The result was not long in coming: sales force became
a team. Management was helped in taking important
decisions. At the end of the first semester sales were
18% over the expected gross profit.
