Participating in the Grand Illumination lantern contest is open to all residents, businesses and
B&B’s of Eureka Springs, AR. There is no cost to participate. By lling out this form you are allowing
ESDN to photograph your location to use in promotional materials. All Lanterns must be up by
April 28th, 2011 to be considered for judging. Forms must be in by April 20, 2011. Purchasing,
hanging and displaying lanterns are the responsibility of the property.
