I contacted Reps for Vets and they called yesterday
While spending hours in the Seattle VA Hospital: Pre-OP preparations for a surgery on May 7th
to resolve something they did wrong during a Prostate biopsy I noticed this group, so I sent
them a message when I got home May 2 Thursday.
There are four things the VA Affairs is doing to the 900,000 Disabled Veterans for decades.
I know what they are and I demanding they STOP this: They are wasting hundreds of millions
every year and making close to 1 million upset-mad disabled veterans.
My question to the President/VP/Sec of State (They all know me) is this:
Would the USA exist without Veterans? NO
The White House called one day, they gave me a number to call.
I did
In 3 months I got my SSA Disability back pay and $1,564 per month for the rest of my life.
Question? Did I ever work for the SSA? NO
Did I work for the US Marine Corp? YES: 8+ years
Two accidents, yet it is taking them 5 years just to say: “MAYBE”
They have all the proof required..yet they continue to „Deny‟ our claims.
The VA Affairs called last week, said they had copies from the White House asking for a
formal meeting to discuss these problems
She said I would be getting phone call with a meeting setup soon.
My only income is my SSA Disability and I have bills to pay.
Is there any wealthy veterans out there that can help?
I‟ve checked on the cost for a Bus and Train and Plan and to drive
The bus takes 3 days 8 hours at $157
The Train takes 4 days at $375
Who wants to go thru the civil planes?
If I do, I am taking not one book, but several to read during the waiting time, unless they take
the books away thinking they are an anti Homeland security issue/problem.

Three main problems causing denials and years of madness
for 99% disabled Veterans
1. A claim is signed/dated/secured by Veteran/CSO/NSO
Form 21-526 Initial Claim: This is an affidavit a formal sworn statement of fact, signed
by a declarant, secondary/sub Claims: 21-526B and 21-4138 forms.
No one has the right in VA Affairs to rewrite the original documents!
Attorneys‟ would love to start a billion dollar class action suit against you
(You change the original claim to what you want, so you can deny the claim)
2. VA Affairs requests Veteran medical information: there are seven types of requests
that cover everything about a veteran‟s injury, at the locations he/she was taken care of.

3. The VA Affairs is only asking for ONE item, not all SEVEN and NOT at the locations
this Veteran had been at.
They receive this only ONE package and lose it, then the VA Affairs tells the Veteran
they don‟t have anything, there is no proof, a year later and more requests for help, the
VA Affairs then denies the claim again stating: “We don‟t have the proof to prove your
condition”
The Proof is present what the VA Affairs is doing to continue denying a veterans’
claim.
3. If X-Rays are destroyed: The veteran is losing is best proof. X-Rays must be backed
up and saved in a safe location. If the Veteran X-Rays are NOT available, then a local
VA Hospital should have an MRI taken of the original damaged location and save this
with the veteran files
QTC: should be given the full medical package, X-Rays if possible, if not = a new set of
MRI images. So they can make a better decision to help the veteran and VA Affairs
attempt to secure a claim and turn it into a veteran payment.
4. The VA Affairs is wasting millions every month and hundreds of millions every year.
Take care of the Veterans: They were harmed and are asking for help. They signed up as
military soldiers, to help the USA during good and bad days: Standby to War Zone.
IF you take care of them, in a decent time of 3-4 months: everyone would be happy –
thankful.
You’re wasting millions
There is no excuse for this and its making everyone mad
You have NO right to do this!
Claims are taking 4-5 years, you are hoping the Veteran will give up or die….
Resolve this, because I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH THIS IF YOU SAY NO!

Guess what: I am hearing the same comments more and more:
“I will never join the military; they don’t give a damn about taking
care of the guys that get hurt”
They are not alone
The Department of Veterans Affairs has accomplished much over
time, but it seems to take 20-30 years to resolve a critical problem.
You have three of the them right now: Which is why I want to discuss
this with President Obama and staff, to ensure you understand and
agree to fix these horrible problems you’re causing presently against
900,000 disabled Veterans
That is why I want a meeting.
