Devise a social media strategy for a small business
The Client:
A growing personal training business offering boot camps, one-to-one and specialised fitness
programmes. Based in East London with ambitions to diversify offering, broaden geographic
region and eventually promote as a franchise.

The Challenge:
Review existing brand and marketing plan and aim to devise a compatible social media strategy
for a growing small business. Have in mind budget constraints and resource limitations.
Specifically consider implications for brand in light of business expansion plans.

The Result:
Working closely with the client and delivered:
(i)
(ii)
(iii)
(iv)

Review of current brand position and recommended actions;
An appropriate social media strategy (compatible with Thrive Fitness brand and budget);
Communication plan together with content and subject matter ideas;
General advise on digital marketing
