A nurse by background, Beverley has worked extensively throughout the NHS in a
variety of clinical, managerial and strategic roles. Beverley’s current role as
Programme Delivery Lead for Long Term Conditions Improvement Programmes:
LTC Year of Care Commissioning Model and LTC Framework. Prior to joining NHS
Improving Quality in April 2013, Beverley was Director of NHS Kidney Care and NHS
Liver Care.
Passionate about service transformation through developing networks and leading
complex programmes. Providing strategic leadership to partners within health
communities, managing stakeholders and working across agencies.

Established ‘Workforce Transformation Framework’ to inform/identify
workforce solutions and service integration at a provider,
commissioner and system level that is co-developed through ICO
and produced with HEI underpinned by the workforce information
architecture and potential minimum data set. (i.e H.S.C.I )
Competent and Capable Staff by ensuring effective workforce
planning through close work with the Education Boards/CEPN
alongside Self -assessment and critical peer analysis (Forums)
Scope local, regional, national and international models to implement
the appropriate workforce solutions (ie Queens Nursing, NMC, CQC,
NHSE)
Flexible workforce skill mix and educational strategies responsive to
research and innovation that recognise the changing way in which
healthcare, public health and care services need to be delivered in
the future
