13. NITA U STRATEGIC PRIORITIES NITA-U is in the process of developing a Strategic Plan that will detail the priorities for the Medium term (5 years). In line also with the ICT Sector Strategic plan Operationalization of NITA-U: Finalization of the NITA-U Strategic Plan Effective management and operations of the authority through establishment of internal management and control procedures Provision of first level IT technical support to MDAs and LG 13

25. Opportunities and Prospects E-government/IT support services and applications – e-banking, e-taxation, e-learning etc. Prospects for PPP (commercialization of the NBI, possibility of hosting a Government portal etc) which will address the challenge of underfunding 25
