 In Latur plant it producing 1000 MT Crude Soybean & Sunflower Oil & also 200 MT refined
edible oil per day with latest technology.
 Previous Employer- Cargill India Pvt. Ltd, Kandla, Gujarat.
 Time Period- June 2010- Feb 2014.
 Work experience in Edible oil Solvent Extraction, Both Chemical & Physical refining, &
also in Hydrogenation, Fractionation, Inter -Esterification of edible oil.

Job profile& Responsibility
 Defining / implementing and adhering to Quality Standards for product
development & manufacturing operations to ensure accomplishment of goals.
 Spearheading activities pertaining to uninterrupted operation and production of crude
oil, DOC &refined oil with adherence to quality and stability of the product.
 Man management & handling a team of 25+ personnel
 Down time tracking & minimization of downtime by RCA.
 Cost reduction in the existing products. Minimizing Steam loss, oil loss, power
consumption.
 Providing technical guidance to shift in charges &associates.
 Quality Control monitoring.
 Handling all the operations e.g. solvent extraction of oil seeds, DOC preparation,
Neutralization, Bleaching, Deodorization effectively with minimizing the loss.
 Handling all the Critical Equipments in Process efficiently e.g. Extractor, DTDC,
Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Separators( Separating oil from soap),Bleacher, Deodorizer,
Reactor(Reaction of unsaturated oil with Hydrogen), Crystallizers, Plate leaves filters,
Shell & Tube heat exchangers, Plate heat exchangers , , Different types of Pump &
Valves etc.
 Monthly Operation Report Preparation.
 Preparing relevant Work Permits for all Maintenance jobs and Chemical handling
activities.
 Ensuring Safety in Process area, By-product area and ETP operation by following the
SOPs.
 Ensuring food safety in process area and By product area.
 Monitoring of all CCPs in process plant and informing the deviations (if any) to
Department Manager
 Planning of Maintenance Program in Extraction & Refinery unit
 Coordinating with Maintenance/ Utility Department to rectify the repairs in process plant
on time
 Coordinating with Quality Department to get relevant information / Results on time to
run the plant as per Customer /Market Specifications
 Coordinating with Quality Department, Commercial and Oil section to ensure the Bulk
oil deliveries to Institutional parties and other customer
 Controlling Chemical and Consumables in each shift by proper monitoring without
compromising quality standards
 Imparting Training to sub-ordinates and contract workers
 Aware of start up and shut down procedures in Process plant and implementing as per
SOPAn effective team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and
relationship building skills.

Project Delivered
 Successfully completed commissioning and installation of cooling tower & acid oil section
modification from Mar'11- May'11.
 Installed VHF( Vacuum Heat final heater: Shell & Tube heat Exchanger) on April’13.
 Successfully commissioned CIE ( ChemicalInteresterification) project on August’13.
