3. 5 missing Attributes of college and career ready students Self Aware – Can identify personal motivations and assets Knowledgeable – Understand post-secondary education and work options Plan Ready – Has a meaningful post-secondary plan Qualified – has attained the requisite credentials to pursue their post-secondary plan Financial Ready – Has acquired the necessary financing to pursue their post-secondary plan These 5 attributes drive the scope and sequence of the curriculum!

9. Everything produced by a student from the lessons will be in the portfolio.

10. All worksheets that need to be put in the portfolio are identified at the end of the lesson.

11. The section of the portfolio where the item belongs is written in the upper right hand corner of the worksheet.

13. Student-led Conferences In the student-led conference, students will organize their presentation around three statements that answer the question, “What will I do with my Life?” As you can see the conference is designed around the structure of the portfolio and the 5 missing attributes of college and career ready students, which was discussed at the beginning of the slideshow.
