commercial borrowers in search of alternative

 You are the lender – secured with first or second
mortgage or lien. This is not a collective
investment scheme.
 You choose the lending parameters.

5. Alternative Banking Solutions
 Because we are not tied to any financial
institution, we don’t promote one bank over
another. We work with all lenders to secure
cheaper financing for our clients.
 Best of breed solutions and systems, we ask
the hard and even harder questions to ensure
competent, capable and capitalized

6. Alternative Investment Products
 Because we don’t issue our own products, we
use our independence to locate attractive
investment opportunities for our clients.
 We can B-Spoke a strategy to your specific
objectives in an industry class your passionate
about and understand

7. Independence
 We are not affiliated with any financial institution or
product issuer. However, we receive commissions and
fees from financial institutions and product issuers.
 Because we introduce our clients to investment
opportunities we do not provide investment advice or
guarantee commercial borrower, financial lender or
product issuer returns.
