17. The Sudiksha Team - Founders
Naveen is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal and has more that
12 years of rich experience in school education and skill training. Having worked extensively in North, central
and South India at various positions in both the private sector and through civil society, he is a passionate
contributor towards children's education. He is also actively involved in multiple field based implementation
projects in Andhra Pradesh, both in the private and public sector in issues regarding enrollment, quality
education, skilled based education etc.
Naveen worked with eminent organisations like Eklavya in Bhopal, Naandi Foundation in Hyderabad and Career
Launcher Pvt. Ltd. He also conducts trainings and provides consultancy in management in school/education
services.
Nimisha is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal. Nimisha has
been specializing in developing innovative participatory methods of research from qualitative aspects and
has experience in research design, project design, execution of evaluation studies, data analysis and report
preparation.
She has extensive experience in rural Indian life, through her research in broad based fields of
livelihoods, education, environment and community based natural resource management with special focus
on rural women. For the past 10 years, she has been closely involved in many research projects in the capacities
of conducting and leading Action Research, developing research design, data analysis, Evaluation/Assessment
studies and documentation, organizing and coordinating research project work.

with children in large scale projects.
