10. My View of the Market
The market has two major themes right now; lack of
listings and strong activity. There are very few homes
on the market but the sales are very strong. This
brings a lot of tension to the market. This tension is
leading towards increases in prices in most areas. I
would expect that there are many buyers out there
who are frustrated with the inventory but are ready
to buy when more homes hit the market. Given this
information I would expect that our selling season
will start quickly in 2013.
