RELENTLESS WEB COORDINATOR

Location: UK
The role of Web Coordinator requires a highly motivated individual who loves a challenge and has proven ability
to work under his or her own initiative in an unsupervised environment. This is a full time position. Starting date:
February 2016.
The Web Coordinator will be responsible for all online content in the UK. He or she is responsible for planning online
campaigns and for generating content such as writing copy, posting images and posting videos that showcase all
aspects of the Relentless brand via our own website, as well as social media hubs like Facebook, Instagram and
Twitter.
The role will also consist of driving improvements in 3rd party [online] collaboration and leverage of Relentless
themed and associated content. They will be the driving force behind all online brand development – ensuring
excellence in current execution but also the on-goingdevelopment in planningand onlineengagement.
Associated responsibilities include the review of digital and media results (analysis), consisting of monthly social &
traditional media reports.
This is very much a hands on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments
and be willingto travel.
Good time management, enthusiasm, attention to detail and great communication are key to the role. Excellent
understandingof written and spoken English and local languagerequired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Creation & Delivery of Quarter by Quarter Digital Calendar& Content management plans
 Constantly update local websitewith all News & Events
 Leverage news & events while engaging fans on social media platforms
 Conference call with central digital teamevery week to review online& future content plans
 Keep updated with local marketingteams to ensure positiveoutput is maximized and showcaseall
aspects of the brand online.
 Document, collectand report online/ media activity to providemonthly reports and newsletters
 Establish relationshipswith media and key contacts and ensure associationsareoptimized for a long
term basis
 AssistDigital MarketingManager with onlinepromotions
 Record and report all activities on a monthly basis in linewith the Company Policy
EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDE
Essential:
 Proven ability to work on own initiativein an unsupervised environment
 Confident with various social media platforms
 Ability to use a CMS, upload text, photo and video online
 A good standard of business English and email etiquette combined with excellent English written
skills
 Adobe Photoshop, MicrosoftOffice, PowerPoint
 A passion for digital media including,social media,web and apps
 Outgoing, creative, flexible,curious,enthusiastic and hold a high level of work ethics.
 A good eye for details
 Huge passion for the Relentless Brand to motivate others to achieve objectives
Desirable:
 Photographic/Video Skills
 HTML knowledge
 Gifted and natural communicator in any media
