I am a graduate with an A+, N+ and ICD, completed in 2013 from CIDA
City Campus, I have a certificate in audio technology which I completed in
November 2014 from the Academy of Sound Engineering. I also have a
certificate in ITIL Foundation, completed in May 2016. I have been an IT
Technician for 3 years working for a media company called Media Mark,
and in my current position I work on systems such as, Microsoft 365
outlook server, Mitel Server, Active Directory and All Audio and Visual
systems in the company. My goal is to continue studying IT related
