using the PromoB2B web portal.

Using this network the partners can offer a local service with
benefits such as currencies, duties, delivery costs, lead times
and an unrivalled understanding of their local market – but the
control remains with the client at the global level.

PromoB2B is a menu based system which can be customised for clients
by enabling or disabling modules at the company/division/user levels.

Where several departments or locations are interested in grouping together to buy the same product, this can reduce the cost by everyone buying at the higher quantity rate. The Group Buying
facility will share the information and automatically compile the group order.

Artwork Folder (Digital Asset Management)
PromoB2B provides a central location to store your company’s artwork, logos and images as well as artwork guidelines if available. The logos are held in JPEG, EPS and PDF formats.
The images are easily accessible and users can download any file for use elsewhere.

View Completed Jobs
PromoB2B will store information on all previous jobs produced for your company. This will include a photo and description of the product, who ordered it, the price, quantity and order date.
This will assist in reordering or just to get some ideas for a new requirement.

Online Stock
Your local distributor can run a stocked merchandise scheme for users in the region. The benefits of this are: cost savings, 24hr stock availability, no minimum quantity per order and
consistency of branding.

Made to Order Catalogue
This feature enables companies to authorise a range of promotional items without committing to stock, and for users it is quick and easy to order approved products. Working in conjunction
with your Marketing and Purchasing departments, we can create a virtual catalogue of branded items. These items will have a picture of the product including logo, they will be priced in
quantity breaks and with lead time, then produced to order.
