Pinterest was found to be using Skimlinks, an
affiliate-linking service, without clearly
informing users. (McHugh, 2012)
This allegedly created some trust issues
between the Internet and Pinterest.
But, under the current ToS, this is completely
OK
29. It is YOUR responsibility to check the ToS and
privacy policy regularly for any updates and
amendments.
Pinterest will update the “last modified” date at the
bottom of the page for any material changes.
If you continue using Pinterest after an update,
even if you haven’t read the amended ToS, your
continued use of the Service will constitute your
acceptance.

suspend or terminate your account without
