1.River park access should be limited to those who have an official pass regardless of method or mode
of transportation to the River park (bicycle or walk in), as stated in previous notes on Facebook.
2. Green Zone clean ups should be conducted BY THE HOA on a yearly basis and materials
that require payment for disposal - disposed of at the expense of the HOA. (old tire s, hazardous waste -
paint, chemicals, oil etc.)
3. Electronic notification of maintenance issues, property standards issues, suggestions or complaints
should be considered OFFICIAL written notification whether it is recieved by Facebook email or by
another email program like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
4. The official Nisqually Pines website is updated on a yearly basis and reflects current
newsletters.

2. 5. JUNK YARDS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED and the bylaws, resolutions, policies of the Nisqually
Pines HOA should be revised to REFLECT THE HIGHER STANDARDS OF THE COUNTY.
(Currently, the HOA allows for FIVE JUNK VEHICLES - THE COUNTY ALLOWS FOR TWO) THE
HOA IS NOT ENFORCING PROPERTY STANDARDS ISSUE!!!!!
