The Explore Japanese Culture Program

What is the Explore Japanese Culture Program (EJC)?

EJC provides young people with an opportunity to
experience cultural diversity by learning about Japan,
its history and culture through hands-on educational
  activities.

Our goal is to cultivate a sense of Global Citizenship.

◎2011 501(c)(3) charitable organization NY de Volunteer All Rights Reserved www.NYdeVolunteer.org
Why Global Citizenship is important?

 In today’s world where global
 cultures are interconnected and
 inter-dependent, children need
 global citizenship education early
on in their lives to develop an
 international perspective and
 respect for different values and
 cultures.
