3. The objective is to ensure environmentally sound
management of E-waste generated from the end
of life electrical and electronic equipment.

4. Extended Producer Responsibility
Producers to ensure collection of e-waste and it’s
channelization to registered dismantler or recycler.
Finance, and organize a system to meet the costs.
The producer may choose to establish such a
system either individually or by joining a collective
scheme.

SPCBs
